One  Of the best Live wallpaper I've seen.It really gives u a feel that you are using the Samsung Galaxy S3.It allows you to replicate the appearance of the S3.The most amazing part is that you can customize it according to your need . If you need just the SEEDS to fly in there or you want the water ripples ,it allows you to configure it your way. Along with that the number of seeds or size also can be changed.The 'Water Droplet' effect is the best part.Ripples form on your touch.It also drags a line of ripples as you slide your finger over it.But it lacks multitouch feature(i.e You cannot touch at two points simultaneously.
It is a bit battery consuming but overall a good custom Live wallpaper.
